While a growing community of practitioners meet at these weekend workshops to refresh and deepen their practice, it is also an ideal format for getting in touch with UNFOLD® for the first time. These intense days guided by Valentina Bordenave provide an opportunity to learn the key principles of the UNFOLD Method and experience its five elements. We work in a playful way with body and mind, taking responsibility for one's own physical health. The invitation is to enjoy our own infinite source of gentle strength and powerful softness, redefining how we relate to our imagination, to music, to one another in the space.

″I love the detail and the depth that Valentina provides; the smallest adjustment can have such a huge impact. She knows how to bring together a wide array of people from all kinds of background and support them in feeling comfortable and open. It is such a generous and life-giving space to be in!″
